it supports wordPress multisite setup. Although it would refuse to get activated as a network plugin, but it would work on a per site basis. To install on a MultiSite setup, please follow the procedure below:

• Go to Network Admin > Plugins > Add New > Upload.
• Upload the plugin but DO NOT Network Activate it.
• Now go to the site where you wish to put the zigaform
• Activate the plugin under Plugins > Installed Plugins from that site’s admin area.
